At Go Colors, we strive to ensure you love your fit, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn leggings and trousers within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our 'Track Order' section and enter your order ID and email to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unworn, and has the original price tags attached before packing it securely in the original bag.

  Doorstep Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
